KARGO POLİTİKASI / SHIPPING POLICY

TÜRKİYE SİPARİŞLERİ

Türkiye içindeki siparişler, siparişin hazırlanmasının ardından anlaşmalı kargo firmamız aracılığıyla gönderilir. Teslimat süreleri teslimat bölgesine ve kargo firmasının operasyonel koşullarına bağlı olarak değişebilir.

Sipariş verirken teslimat bilgilerinin doğru ve eksiksiz girilmesi müşterinin sorumluluğundadır. Sipariş kargoya verildiğinde takip bilgileri müşteriye iletilir.

ULUSLARARASI SİPARİŞLER

Tüm uluslararası siparişler DHL Express aracılığıyla gönderilir.

Teslimat süreleri varış ülkesine, gümrük işlemlerine, yerel koşullara ve taşıyıcıdan kaynaklanan durumlara bağlı olarak değişebilir. Belirtilen teslimat süreleri tahmini olup garanti niteliğinde değildir.

Uygulanabilir gümrük vergileri ve ithalat vergileri, desteklenen ülke ve siparişlerde ödeme aşamasında hesaplanıp tahsil edilebilir. Vergi ve gümrük uygulamaları varış ülkesinin mevzuatına tabidir.

Sipariş verirken teslimat bilgilerinizin doğru ve eksiksiz olduğundan emin olunuz. Yanlış veya eksik teslimat bilgilerinden kaynaklanan gecikmelerden Meradel Studio sorumlu tutulamaz.

Siparişiniz gönderildikten sonra takip bilgileri tarafınıza iletilecektir.

TURKEY ORDERS

Orders within Türkiye are shipped through our contracted domestic shipping carrier once the order has been prepared. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s operational conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local conditions, and circumstances affecting the carrier. Any delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Applicable customs duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout for supported destinations and orders. Customs and tax requirements are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. Meradel Studio cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
